The Red Roof Inn is the first hotel on the Killing Access Road, just 500 yards from the junction with Routes 4 and 100.
Coming from the East or South, Killington can be reached:
a. From I-91 Exit 6 at Rockingham. Route 103 West to Ludlow. One mile after Ludlow, a sharp right on 100 North through Plymouth and West Bridgewater to Killington. Left on to Killington Access Road when you see Killington Outfitters.
b. From the North, either the same direction as from Exit 6 off I-91, or
Exits 3 04 4 off I-89 to Bethel, through to 100 South all the way to Killington, a slight left, then right when you see Killington Outfitters, onto Killington Access Road
c. From the South-West and West, Route 7 to Rutland, then about 12 miles on
Route 4, up the mountain to Killington, and a right at Killington Outfitters on the Killington Access Road.
Getting Around and Getting There.
There is a local transit service from Rutland every hour on the hour 24/7 during the ski season.
You can get off at our drive way. For those seeking a night on the town it is best to use local shuttles, taxis and limousines. Vermont is tough on DWIs.
Greyhound has a service from Albany and Boston with connections to Burlington and Montreal.
Amtrak has services from New York.
